ProjectsMade in BC PV Installation on Burnaby ResidenceThe new photovoltaic system, the first residential grid-tied photovoltaic system in Burnaby - Featured in the Georgia Straight recently. VREC consulted on the system design, permitting and net metering process for this system, performed electrical installation and supplied a portion of the equipment. As part of minimizing greenhouse gas impact due to transportation, VREC prefers to specify local materials wherever possible. The panels, inverter and panel racking for this system were all manufactured in British Columbia.
